I just use 442 with the MR and ML running into AMR and AML. I have one of my CM running into AMC and the other to DMC.
So far I've been very succesful, winning the premierhipin the fifth year with West Brom.
Tempo is high, so is creativity and attacking is extremely high but not Gung Ho.
I mostly keep the individual instructions for player positions for set pieces, but change each players mentality etc. For example, I gave my CDs a total defensive mentality with mostly other attributes left-wing.
Overall, it is getting boring for I am mostly beating each team I play. I much just consider making my tactics weird or cr*p to make it more interesting.
