My stats are going up and down but checking off "Show recent effects of training" does nothing.

I only see dashes even though my training is working so far.

I am in the second week of pre-season but I'd expect to see the green and red arrows like in FM 2006.

What is the problem?

Have patience. Changes will happen... Unless all your players play to their full potential already of course.

Changes have been made since 06. Players attributes can not improve anymore when their current ability reaches their potential ability. You can only re-model a bit.

They are NOT at their maximum. Not even close.

I see that stats are increaing by 1 or 2. I printed screenshots and see the difference a few days later.

But I do NOT see the up green arrows. I see dashes.

What gives?

Do they appear after a month when you get the first message from your Ass Man on the progress report? Thats what happened in my game. Not sure if that is what is supposed to happen or not.

Keep in mind, I think you are right in thinking they should appear straight away, they just didn't on mine and yours.
