It lists the required attributes, Composure is very important from my experience.

Aye, I would rather have a player with 10 finishing and 20 composure than the other way around. In fact, in the lower leagues in Romania I had a guy score shed loads with 5 finishing because he had 19 composure and a bit of pace.

No point in being able to shoot like Pele if you've got the nerves of Ted from Scrubs.
