my training is on high and all my players are happy but they still seem to be getting worse in all areas? Why is this happening!!!

Game is screwed this year with training. Whats happening, is that you're training too hard. The increase the players would get from this, means their attributes go beyond what should correspond with their CA. As such, the game lowers the attribute.

There's no point in training high. Lower it to medium. After heavily experimenting months ago, the best training intensity, is when every slider is on the third notch of medium. From there, you can increase one slider, but you'll have to decrease another by equal amounts.

You cant mix strength/aerobic with others though, because the two fitness categories are more intense then other, so if you want to raise one of those, you'll have to decrease the others.

Likewise, the set-piece category hardly has any intensity at all. You can increase this on to high (first notch) without having to compensate with another slider.

Training this year is about reshaping players, not making them better. They need to play matches to have their CA increase. Categories with a higher intensity will rise quicker then others though.

Wasnt there something with pirated versions of the game where players got worse in training? I remember something like that vaguely...

Aprt from that, do you have proper coaches? Anyway, if you want to just have a safe training schedule, use the general one (the one where you cant adjust the indivual sliders) and set the overall intensity to last notch medium. Thats perfect.
