exactly what does thos do? Do I get more souvenir money from that country where I have the affiliated club? If so wich countries do I get the most monet from?

You can have different types of affiliates. The ones in the US and Japan give you more merchandising which gives you more money.The ones in Belgium or Spain help you get a work permit. Some local clubs you can send your players on loan to and with the others you have first option on their players.

Get a few merchandising affilates and then go on tour to play a few pre-season friendlies against your feeder club and other teams from that country (the US, Japan etc).

If you also sign a high profile player or two you'll soon be lighting your cigarr with 100 dollar bills!
