Playing with Luton in first season. Before christmas I was top of the league with everyone playing out of there skin. Now in march, I have only won 2 matches in the last three and a half months and all my players are crap. I am playing the same formation with the same players but can't score and concede 1 or 2 goals every match. I perform the same against every team whether they are top or bottom of the league.

Anyone got any suggestions for stopping this rut?

try having a look at the goals your conceding and see if there is a pattern and then do whats neccisary to stop them. also did u buy lots of players in january bcos it will take them a while to gel

And do you pay attention to personal-physicial-training thoughts of the players? There's a chance that a "virus" enrolled in your team, it usually starts with one player being concerned, tired or uhappy with something, and suddenly all become like that.

Don't be tempted to change tactics on a regular basis. It unbalances the team
