Danny Szetela, Billy Jones - are your classic young versatile players that everyone seem to get as they go to even small clubs. Those two are consistent 7s but rarely rarely get 8s. But then again versatile players are there in my opinion just to fill holes due to injuries so as long as they get the job done :thup:

forgot Anthony Vanden Borre he another great young versatile player and plays better than Billy Jones

There's a couple guys that cost huge sums that play in alot of positions. Sneijder, Gerrard, Messi, Micah Richards etc.


Other more 'cheaper' versatile players off the top of my head include:
Alessio Cerci - class player can play a few different roles
Manuel Blasi - can play many different roles
Phil Neville - keeps getting different roles for everton
Luka Modric - All across midfield - class player
Paul Scharner - plays from DC to MC
Diego Gavilan can be signed for Free at the start of 7.02 game. - Plays from DM to AMR.

lauri dalla valle can play up front and the whole midfield can be bought for 1k and has -9 potential

mutu can play anywere in the midfield and upfront as can salvatore aurelio.

I know he's already been mentioned but Luka Modric is class across the midfield in the first season and just keeps on getting better
