ive signed a couple of players and sold a couple, but i just cant find a decent tactic to start winning again! ive had a bad run of formof late, and its now january, ive jus signed wang dalei and doudin, who else could i get with about 400k? and what formation is best? in your opinion obviously.

i won promotion via the play-off's with 4-4-2 but my biggest problem was finding a consistent goal scorer. Nugent just didn't get enough over a season

Try and sign some loan players from the premiership too.

Laurence Gaughan from Liverpool turned out pretty good

I'd recommend 4-4-2 diamond or similar formation with a player behind the front two.

also try and find a feeder club the board set me up with Everton who gave me Anachibe on a season loan and he got 20 goals
