Possibly Scott Sinclair from Chelsea. If he does come, he'll rip up League 2. Try to get him on loan if you can't afford his wages. Premiership quality in 3 years, England regular in about 5 years.

hmmm....try loaning Damon Gray from Hibernian. Also Ross(?) Campbell from Hibernian as well.
Search in Championship / SPL U-19 teams and try to get loan deals. That's what I did at East Fife, got both above players on loan and the ripped apart the Scottish 3rd Division, Gray with 42 goals & Campbell with 20 assists.
