Well ive just finished my second season at Napoli, and I'm absolutely chuffed at my achievement. First year win Seria B, second season, the unthinkable achievement of qualifying for the champions league in 4th place. Christain Bucchi was yet again a sensation, finished with 29 goals. Salomon Kalou on loan was actually the star of the show in the latter part of the season, when we won 7 games in a row to propel ourselves up the table.
Now basiccally i have £13 million to consolidate our position in seria A and hopefully have a decent run in the champions league. My current squad at the moment looks something like this :
GK : Ruben, Ieezo
DF: Pieere Collen, VandenBorre, Cannavaroo, Van Damme, Dommizi, Gareth Bale Legrotat(sp...?)
MF: Paro, Dalla Bonna, Kieron Dyer, Halmosi, Jesus Navas, Danielle Gallopa, Roberto De Zerbi, Inacia Pia, Emiliano Vecchio
CF: Bucchi, Nicholas Millan, Calaio
Obviously the squad needs some serious work for next season, but the main priority is a goalscorer, to replace Kalou and Vela who have returned from loan spells. Where would you improve my squad, baring in mind i have a massive season ahead of me ? Thanks in advance
I considered Floro Flores, his stats are decent, but his goal record for his current team is less than impressive really. He might benefit from good players around him though. Cheers for all the suggestions, I'll have a scout round later
Right, just made a few signings, including Eddie Johnson ... i'm trusting you here as his stats arent that amazing. Great physically though. Anyway I've got Garay in at CB aswell. I know have £7 million remaining, and I'm willing to spend it all on a big name centre midfielder or goalkeeper. I'm not sure if Ruben can handle a whole season as the number 1, seen as ive just let Iezzo go. The squad is actually looking quite young, I need an experienced head to guide them. So any suggestions for a good goalkeeper or a solid, influential centre midfielder? (has to be better than Kieron Dyer and Paro)
