Are you pre-patch? If so, get Mika Aaritalo from Turun, he may have moved clubs by now, but still shouldnt bee too expensive! Else, try and get short-term loans from clubs like Arsenal. Look at Newcastles Andy Carroll, hes a really good striker, short and long term!
Go onto player search, and search for players loan listed. You may find players such as Vaughan, Anichebe there.
The best player on there on my game, 6th season, is Okaka, who is a very good Roma and Italy striker. Now i think about it, he has been on there for along time, it may be worth trying for him. Also Ballotelli from Inter, and Pato from AC Milan. As you can probably see, i reccommend loans!

Cheers mate. I'm pretty sure i'll have to loan in a player as well. I've scattered a few loan bid all over the world, Pato etc.
