just started a league with everton, any suggestions for first signings, i've got 8 million to spend, also is there any players i could bring in on loan asap, that are worthy of wearing the royal blue jersey?
Adjust your budget and get VDV(11.5m), guarenteed to single handedly get you into europe if you play him AMC, prob get Flamini on loan, and Kewell is a decent signing for assists(he's transfer listed)
try and get andy carroll from newcastle. he becomes brilliant!! it might take your whole budget and maybe even a sell on clause but hes worth it. sell some of the reserves that you know you won't use
Seriously I'd buy Stancu for any team - costs at most 250k, and is IMO one of the best strikers in the game - especially after a couple of seasons - I had him with my Blackburn team, and in three seasons, he'd scored 24 in first, 32 in second and 37 in 3rd - absoultely amazing player. Plus, in buying him, you could get rid of Yakubu and Johnson, to raise extra cash. I played him up front on his own, with 2 AMs behind him.
Also agree with ignashevich - also a quality player - esp for free
Kewell is about 1.7 if you offer clauses etc to liverpool, might not join because of rivalry, you could try for saivet(offer 0 money but 45% buy on clause) but usually doesn't want to move to England. You can get Marco Cassetti as RB for 2.3m from Roma/Roma reserves(depends) quite old but has been in the premiership team of the season 4 years in a row on my Villa save. You can usually take some golden oldies from Inter, AC, Real, Barca, United, Chelsea reserves etc on loan, I got Dacourt and Cruz from Inter on 6 month loans
