Asking for anyone like Ronaldinho isn't going to get many responses. There are only two I can think of that aren't already in big clubs, Lulinha and Kroos (he's at bayern but they're pretty happy to sell for peanuts).

Other than that, Anderson, but Man Utd wont let him go easily.

Ok Not ronanldinho but someone who is a midfielder is already good but becomes brillaint once you play him regularly

Lulinha is your man: had him in two games and he has had PAs of 196 and 190 and peformed to those standards.
