I know you can scout the opposition but is there a way you can scout a specific club
If so, how?

Not any help, but I've also been looking for this. I guess I'm going to have to just stick to scouting leagues.

Well as I like to manage lower league teams I need to loan young stars. Scouting just Arsenal would be a lot faster and effectively more efficient - as you know they have a great youth system - compared to scouting the whole of the Premiership.
