Default Continuous Personal Problems

This first happened in the beginning of the season so i allowed him to leave to return to his country. It seemed fine when he returned however a month later he had personal problems again so i allowed him to leave for absence again. He returned after one month. As soon as he returned he started complaining about the lack of matches played. However I started playing him and he was fine. However right now in February he has personal problems once again and I am getting frustrated with this. He is a key striker in Chelsea.

Is there a way I can stop these problems from occuring or should I continue with him leaving for absence?
Any Advice?

Mr.Sheva right?

Anyway I just ignore the 'slt' and he continues to perform fine.

I like the fact that this can happen in FM because i'm sure there has been plenty of real life examples where players have struggled with personal problems for a long time. Things such as drug, drink, mental health issues have been known for top players over the years.

It may well affect his performance and certainly his morale. However, once a striker starts banging them in, this soon disappears.

I would keep playing him, singling him out with team talks such as "I have faith in your ability" etc...

I'm not sure anything works. It is a game, and I do what I think best for the team. If I told my striker to play if he was having personal problems, and he got grouchy, I would ship him out. Simple.
