Still this problem occurs! Argh... I have to allow him to leave for absence once again for the 5th time and now im in my 2nd season.
Thank god Crespo is playing well for me!
Any more solutions for reducing his Shevchenko's personal problems?

| Selling him? Seriously, rather than paying him £XXX for being on leave every other week I'd be seriously seeking a replacement for him using the money you'd make and the wages available.

Hmm but he is actually a key striker for me.
Assistant Manager says he is my best striker in the team.

Well, I got Sheva as a secondary striker to Ruud just because of his personal issues.

Have you tried signing a fellow countryman? This is what my assistant advised me today, shame it was after the January transfer window closed! I think I'm going to keep playing him, tell him how great he is in team talks, wave a new contract under his nose and hope for the best!  | |

You know. Just because a player can't settle in no matter what you do doesn't mean it's a bug.
Maybe he just doesn't like the country and wants back home? Is that so unnatural?
