i've just started a new game with AC Milan and discovered that my "world class" assistant manager Alessandro Costacurta, has the stats of a sunday youth league assistant still half cut from the saturday night!!. His stats are totally rubbish. Why is he given world class status for this role? No doubt Costacurta is well known in world football, but only as a classy centre half. Surely, he cant be a world class assistant manager with stats like that. Also to my knowledge he is very new to that role as i'm sure in FM07 he was still a player. Do these world class staff become better over the years? If they do how long? I dont think i can wait 5 years for him to come good.

As you can probably tell Mr Costacurta is currently unemployed! so could anyone tell me of a good assistant or staff in general. I've looked through the forums but cant find any. Pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated.

personally i always go with good stats over reputation, mainly because its cheaper, and coachs with good stats gain better reputation over time.
