The long term ambitions bug. I won promotion to the Coca Cola L2, but my long term goal is still set to "establish itself in the BSP by the end of the 4 year plan".
Its now July 2nd(2009), my short term goals changed, but long term should have changed by now...right?
I think the long term aims only change if you sign a new contract, and it's there just to show you what you were expected to have done in the timescale.
So my fear of being sacked is premaure?, my short term goal is simply to avoid relegation, so as long as I do that I should be safe enough?
I've just heard too many horror stories about people being sacked for not achieving the long term goal due to the fact they are no longer in the division.

In that case I wouldn't worry. The problems people were reporting were where the board were unhappy with the manager despite surpassing the long term expectations.
I've just noticed that the start date is wrong too, it should be 2008, not 2007. My original long term goal was to gain promotion from BSN(2 year plan). After promotion that goal changed straight away to what it says now.
