Clearly unfortunate coincidence.

What I have noticed is that if you have it set to show replays of goals and score while in the tactics screen, it doesn't ever show you the replay when you go back, which is mildly irritating and dare I suggest a small bug.

I noticed quite alot that after making changes the 2d action would go slow for about 10 seconds and often I would concede a goal, never scored one however
