Not sure this is the right place but couldnt see anywehre apporpiate to put it. Got all nostalgic and fancied a game on cm 01/02 (the best imo). However ive unstalled a stupid patch which has updated the data to 2 seasons ago whereas i want to use the data of 01/02. Only thing is ive lost the CD does anyone know where i will be able to get the 01/02 database from so i can simply delete the updated database and paste the original?

when you start the game if you have downloaded a patch you can just choose which dadtabase cant you

dont blame me if its not, i just know that option is in FM, and if you select the origianl it will be fully unpatched, youll haveto make do though unless you can find the og patch with og players

the db is 3.9.6 i havent a clue what the orignal one was which is part of the problem

go there scroll down, its got the 2001 patch, the 3rd one i think , whcih should be perfect with origianl dadtabase

If you don't have the CD, how are you getting the game to load?

Dont know it seems to load up fine just with the updated db. When a new game is started a error message appears with db 3.9.6 and doesnt ask me for the cd. Looks like i might have to just suck it up and play the updated db just worried they may have messed up my set shortlist of players that i sign, anyone hae any recommendations if you can remember. for example used to sign cisse for 3.6m but hes now at Liverpool worth 10m

try daniel bierofka, im assuming the people who have updated the data have taken the attributes straight from recent games and he rips up defences on fm 06 and 07, i think hes at 1860 muchen
