I have an idea, just wanted to throw it out there to be discussed. As you all know all the players have positional rating from akward och natural, what if it were the same for formations? For example most english players would have 4-4-2 as a natural formation while spanish players will be better at 4-3-3 or 4-5-1, this way you could more easily pick players that will fit into your team formation. Anyway, just a thought, what do you think?

This was an interesting feature of the Genie Scout program which was based on the positional % of the players in each formation. Interestingly there was little difference between the more heavily used ones.

is thier some sort of hidden attribute where players learn the tactics, i think on training thing the assman says they are playing well as a unit and this improves over time but yeh it would be nice if this was more obvious and if players played better in cetain systems
