On my manager profile there is a stat saying "Hands on Approach", I was just just wondering how I get this to go up? All the others I have going up except this.

Strangely, although I always use my own tactics and training, I often let the assistant pick the team and do the team-talks (making changes when I don't agree). My Hands on Approach stat is 20.
i would have thought it is more related to off-field activities. a manager always has to be responsible for his on-field policies, but can leave things like feeder clubs, finances, budgets, training etc to his coaches
"domestic player bias" is also redundant imo, i definately signed 4/5 english (or english based) players to every foreign signing in 3 seasons at arsenal, but that stat is about 5 at the moment. not that it matters as much as hands on, which increases stedily for me.
i think domestic player bias usually goes up if your in a foriegn country and you sign your own nationality, ive only had it in the lower leagues when im only really able to sign english players, signed 20 englisn and 3 foriegn went to about 15, p.s i do my own tactics, training, team, team talks and never use scouts but mine is at 5 makes me seem lazy
