what I did was created my own photos, placed them in a seperate folder in the pictures directory.
Find the original XML doucument that is installed with the original player pictures. Open it with notepad, delete all the entries of names / player ID or just replace them with asterix or something, now you have a template of an photo xml file.
Follow so far?
find the id of the player you wish to assign the picture to, input this into the xml doc, put the exact name of the relevant player picture in the xml doc. Continue this until you have done all your photos.
then
"Save as "
save the file inside the folder where your created player pictures are, and call it config.xml ( remember you have to call it exactly that )
turn on player pictures in options, should work.
If you have already attempted and for some reason it doesn't work, I would recommend re-installing. Once uninstalled go and delete the player pictures folder, because this will remain.
