I had an EDT file that messed with my database, I had to install the patch again to over-write the data, then manually change them in the editor instead of using an EDT file.

Slower but at least you won't get countries called "Scottish Bank's Premier" etc etc.

I posted about this during the beta, I had found there were loads of shared IDs by using an edt file like this...
