I'm about to start using the data editor on FM 2006 (bought from the shop, no patches added)but before i start editing i wanna know is everything fine so far ?

In FM 2005 i started changing the player histories, game crashes and then i read on this forum that there was a major bug on it - had to buy a new game from the shop !!!!!

Is everything ok so far, are there any areas i should not edit, any probs i should be made aware of ?

I've read the threads and it appears to be ok - i'm just a bit paranoid and wanna do a double check

You didn't need to buy a new game - you could have uninstalled and reinstalled and that would have fixed it.

There have been fixes to the editor in the patch, so I would recommend downloading it.
