could somebody please explain to me the potential of players because i dont understand it. any help would be good

ok, its between -10 and 200, -10 to -1 are random generated between a set range when you start the game, then 1-200 is the range that there ability can potential grow to! so in short...the higher the better

Just for the record:

-10 = 170-200 PA
-9 = 150-180 PA
-8 = 130-160 PA
-7 = 110-140 PA
-6 = 90-120 PA
-5 = 70-100 PA
-4 = 50-80 PA
-3 = 30-60 PA
-2 = 10-40 PA
-1 = 0-20 PA

These are usually assigned to youngsters though.
