I have been trying, without any greater success to find what abillity intervals that the -10, -9, -8 randoms correlate to.. It must be easy to find, but I have to be looking in the wrong places, can anyone help me?

As far as I know they relate to the following;
-10 = 170-200
-9 = 150-180
-8 = 130-160
-7 = 110-140
-6 = 90-120
-5 = 70-100
-4 = 50-80
-3 = 30-60
-2 = 10-40
-1 = 0-20
Hope this is what you meant.
