I know how to use the FUTURE_REGEN function to add players, and I know that if you set there birthday to make them too old to be players they will be added at the game start as staff (rather then generating at some point in the future) but the question(s) are:

a). Is it possible to specify the job for such a regen - ie Coach, Physio etc?

b). Is it possible to specify the gender - ie add a female Physio using this function?
