Default Stadium Decay Values - Need clarification please.
AS the title says, the stadium decay field, which can be anywhere between 1 and 100.... does 1 mean very decayed, or 100 mean very decayed.

I know it sounds pretty obvious, but I want tomake sure i get it right as my home team are having a new stadium built, and I've moved them into the Conf. South to make them playable and I don't want my new stadium falling to pieces on day 1.

im pretty sure people were saying the lower the better so i would say 1

It won't fall to pieces on day one. You'll just have the HSE close down parts of your stadium.

Lower is better.

I think it might be out of 20 because the Britannia's rating is 5 and its a damn sight more than 5 even if it is only 7 years old

You can go to a stadium which you know is in good condition and see what it says there... although I'm pretty sure the lower the better...

It's definitely lower is better, can anyone tell me what it is out of though?
