As far as i know (AFAIK), just put a # in front of "FAKE TEAM".

just uncheck the "harchester" option in the preferences.

If you're that desperate to get rid of Harchester just delete them from the database.
However it SHOULD work if you leave both of the files unchanged, both ticked and then click confirm before starting a new game...
