These people clearly have no concept of how time-consuming programming can be. Either that or they are just plain rude.

Either way I think it's a testament to Nygreen's skills that everyone has become so hooked on his Scout program. But if I was him I'd be tempted not to bother releasing another scout at all, just to stick 2 fingers up to all the impatient little moaners out there.
Why punish the 99% of Scout users because of the impatience of 1%? Seems a bit hard? Almost all players appreciate the work that Michael does and will wait patiently till its release.

Yeah I know. I was just making the point about how annoying these people are. I use FM scout myself so I'm hoping he ignores my last comment.

Michael,

I have a quick question... will the new version of FMScout retain the "export to csv" functionality??

Thanks

Also Michael, will we be able to search for coaches in the next version? Or any other new features?

Do you have any planned time to work on it to get it ready for the public? Have you got an estimated date you might have it ready for us?

Nothing has been removed. Searching for nonplayers has been added, yeah.

I'm very sorry for this comment but i can't get into the FM 2006 swing without it...
Sorry Mr Nygreen

Goodluck on creating the BETA
whats the point of playing thet game when u use the scout all the time?
For me it kills the fun..i prefer to search for good players not to some program to tell me who to buy

Its great for testing purposes but for playing...whats the point?

It's getting very annoying people constantly coming into the forum and saying exactely the same as that. What you are saying isn't groundbreaking or original, 14965675617586 people have said it before you.

Well, one part of the fun is performing miracles with smaller clubs. And, really only way(exept playing 24/7) to do that is to cheat just a little bit. Using scouting prog to find that promising youngster or almost-star rotting in some clubs reserves can be fun.

Of course, if you base your whole game on finding best players with scout prog... well, that I cannot understand. But when you really really need that goalkeeper an you're out of cash and luck. It brings the fun back.
