Default Cahill: West Ham a small london club

In an interview with foxsports, Tim Cahill has reiterated his desire to play in the Australian league before he retires 'i am a proud to be Australian and i want to help the game develop here. I am not saying that i am coming to play here now but its something i wish to do in the future'

Cahill who has a contract with Everton until 2010 has also denied any speculation linking him with a move to West Ham, 'It's true that there is a large Australian population in London, but relatively west ham is a small London club compared to Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham who don't challenge for silverware. Everton in comparison are a massive club who have the ability to win trophies. I know the manager wants to do this and he has told me i am key to his plans. Throughout my injuries, the club has been fantastic and i intend to repay their support.'

West ham are a small club - love it

West Ham have one of those average histories, like most other clubs. To call them a 'big club' is ridiculous, especially these days. Having been on the fringes of relegation too.
