Sorry if this has been asked many times before, but i want to edit a country (say Burma) and make them into a new country.

I've searched and i can't find anywhere that explains how to do this.

Can anyone help?

I did it for lincolnshire and humberside. First I swapped the TLA (three letter acronym) for iceland and Great Britian, I used Great Britain for my new nation. Ussing the data editor that came with the game I made some teams and stole a few from the english leagues that are based in the new countries borders anc changed their nation to my new one. I swapped all the teams into the iceland league swapping their teams out into the A premier division. I edited all the towns into my new nation for the places I wanted and made a few to (added the long/lat to make sure they were local when I did the feeder club struct) I made all the stadia i needed too. I edited the refs too, stole a few from lower english leagues. I did everything on the dropdown list I could to than needs it nation changing. I set up the feeder struture, set up and tested the reputation and finances to make it balanced but have some teams slightly dominant but still keep it competetive for the first few years till they settle in.

To sum it up after about 60 hours and 10 versions I have a new nation in great detail and depth, I have a nation that is fun to develope and I have loads of players and staff I moved who were all born in the towns I moved into my nation. Its well worth it and loads of fun! U can do what i did and use you home county (i did lincolnshire and humberside!) or make a fantasy one or merge a few nations (like spain, italy and france or the home nations etc

Enjoy it and most of all be patient! its a lot of work but well worth it! choose a nation that needs only a few teams, Iceland, Israel or Malaysia are good as are chile and belarus

SO sum it up, change everything needed to the new nation before moving the teams in.

OHH one big tip, change all the nations of the leagues before moving the teams in or it means extra work, I find chaning the nation and moving all the teams into the A premier first works as long as you change their nation first so u can find them! Yes its all a lot of work, Ive spent 60 hours on the database and more on testing. Its been worth it though, im on version 11 making one for download!

hi! i've, like you, create a new nation on Romania, with new clubs and staff, i've tried it after each passage and it was ok...now i've added club relathionships and some media and, i don't know how, it crashes after selecting the "romania" league as playable...from other leagues (italy, spain etc) i can see the teams i've created so they're ok, but i can't play them!
