what are the attributes a coach needs to have a 5 star rating for coaching Ball Control?

same question for Set Pieces.

i have created coaches with 20 ability for technique (which i thought would cover both these attributes) and am still getting low marks for coaching them in training....

do other attributes conflict? maybe i'm setting an attribute to a high or low rating which is conflicting with that particular ability...

p.s my coaches have current & potential abilities of 200 so i don't think it is that.
