Just signed "Victor Hugo Monzon" on a free. He starts at Municipal in Guatemla. He has english as a second language and has these stats:
Technical 17
Work with Youngsters 20
Judging player ability 19
Judging young player ability 19
level of discipline 20
Motivation 19
Tactical knowlege 18
Man mangaement 18
No idea if he is a regen as he is young at 36.

He has 19 in attacking, so he doubles as an attacking coach.

those stats for a staff at 36 hahaha
