Ok this is the deal.
My strikers are not converting chances.
My two main strikers have all the attributes, Finishing, First Touch, Composure and Anticipation above 15, apart from one of them who has 13 in first touch.
Yet I am missing chance after chance and the opposition keepers are consistently getting 8+ ratings.
Both strikers morale are okay at the moment.
I have only seen the morale as poor a couple of times.

I play 4-4-2 like this

I play usualy direct passing and with a quick tempo and wide with mixed focus passing.
I keep my defensive line somewhat deep as I have slow defenders.
My problem is not conceding, it is scoring.

My strikers are getting the chances, I would say around 10 - 15 chances a match are falling to the whole team and my strikers are getting most of them.

But I just cannot seem to score!
I go onto player interaction and criticise them (not often) and they agree there playing badly, but it doesn't improve them.

Can anyone give me any tips? (other than sell the donkeys)

Ok my formation didnt show properly.
I play with my wingers in AML and AMR positions with two MC with one as defensive and one as an attacking.

You should have read the links up top...anyway there are loads of threads that can help... Links

One other thing it looks like you're playing a 442 that looks more like a 424..well if that's the case you should read the links and also consider using several other things...perhaps the use of targetmen as well..there are 2 good threads that cover targetmen as well.

this is happening with me too... i think that in FM07 LUCK is taking too much influence in the match. In my last 3 games (MADRID X ARSENAL) I did 35 shots on goal. Per match I miss more than 4 chances face to face with the kepeer.

Luck really doesn't play as big a part as you may think. I'd suggest reading the links supplied at the top of the forum.
