This has probably been posted before, ive done a quick search but quite find what i wanted. On my manager home page, i have the training performance information displayed. Can some tell me what it means in terms of is the higher the blue bar better or visa verca?

The answer is yes mate, the more blue showing, the better they are performing. It is a list of who is perforing best, this will be backed up by the report you get each month.
