Personally I believe this topic deserves a thread of its own as the AMC or MCa can potentially be the key to your attack, and at the same time crucial to your defensive plans.
The AMC/MCa's main purpose in most systems is to link with the attack and create chances, but set him up to adventurously and risk being overrun in the middle of the park. So what exactly is the best balanced instructions for this player.
What settings do you give your attacking midfielder for forward runs, creative freedom and closing down. Do you utilise barrows or farrows?
