I have tried searching but cant really find anything similar to what im looking for. I am trying to sign some coaches to improve my training results but in every aspect im searching i.e. tactical 20 for a coach there seems to be 5 or 6 coaches on a free for me to pick up. Should this be the case? Am i missing something? Does reputation come into it as well?

I think it's fair to assume that there will be half a dozen world class coaches in every field in the world bearing in mind how many hideously wealthy clubs are out there who wouldn't accept half-assed staff.

Yup, there will always be several 5* coaches floating around on free transfer as well.

Remember it to look at their secondary stats as well.

Level of discipline is useful as is working with youngsters.
