Check out the links at the top of the page, especially wwfan's Tactical Theorems & Frameworks '07. If you're just looking for a tactic to use on the forum then there are actually plenty on this page but i'm not sure which ones got download link.

Alternatively, you could try the popular tactics (ones with most downloads in http://www.fmdownloads.net/
