What type of partner is best for a Target Man in 4-4-2?

I think this might be the way forward. I've noticed that strikers who are poor in the air always struggle with my system no matter how good they are in other areas. I'm currently top of League 2 with a double giant front two who are scoring for fun.

I sometime play 4-3-3, and have the target man in the middle with two fast forwords either side to have the arrow pointing at the target man.

This make them very close to the target man, so more chance of receiving the header passes.

Try to find Drent (NL) and Fomenko (Luthania), both cheap EU players with all the stat you want for a tower up front.

I'm trying to perfect my 3 man attacking formation and I was thinking of having 2 targetmen...the thing is the options do not say TARGETMAN, it says TARGETMEN, so i have been working under the assumption that now you give the engine 2 choices, and it will choose the better option, depending on what it can do with the ball. So if it couldn't find the fast targetman, it would cross the ball to the strongman.

Ideas??

sorry i mean why target men should has lower mentality than second Fc. Shouldn`t target men last on the pitch? ( higher mentality?) Please some explein me this

It's probably because he wants the targetman to head the ball to the fast striker who then is higher up the pitch.
