It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Anti-Injury training

What bit of the training sliders should be up highest for it to train the players to be fittest and less injury prone in future? Is that possible? I thought it'd be aerobic, so i've made my training schedules pretty aerobic orientated, but im not convinced it's having an effect. any one got any thoughts?

I personally believe that overal training workload is the main factor to prevent "every week" injuries. You can orient your training shedules however you want, but if your workload will we too heavy injuries would come. It is also mightful if you sing a fitness coach with very high fitness coaching.
You said that your training is aerobic oriented= if you for example do heavy aerobic trainings every day, you will probably get injuried faster

I agree with _symon_, the overall workload slider will determine how much you tire out your players. Tired players are more prone to injuries. Also Strenght training is for me the main reason for getting players injured. Aerobic and defence training(tackling) should not be too intensive either. As in real life injuries often occurs during this type of training.

Everything is relative, when I say not too intensive, it depends on your training/physio staff and facilities as well.
