Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

I don't treat training intensity any differently for lower leagues, though I do tend to focus more on making sure I get at least 4 stars for aerobic and strength. You're never going to churn out class skill players, but that extra yard of pace or strength in the challenge can make all the difference. So to the ability to run for 90 minutes.

For part timers I sometimes reduce the work load a bit to avoid complaints, but my philosophy is that if they're on professional terms they should train like professionals. If they don't like it, they can leave.
