i have been trying to get a new training technique but never really found one so then i gave up and made one myself and i think it works quite well give me feedback if you wnt on how it goes

well you see for the strikers i noticed that many of them jus didnt improve on the normal training so i changed it so that strikers focus mainly on shootin and attackin but none on defendin it improved stancu a load firs year

i then used the same basic idea for att mid but focused more on attackin than shootin

however for goalkeepin i didnt make one as the start of goalkeeper one does fine for me
for jus normal mid i made everythin normal bar goalkeepin

nd def mid jus intensive defending nd normal most other tigs

then defender intensive defendin and strength
