Both are very similar in type of player wise and ablility wise, imo there's very little between them :thup:

No they're not, they're completely different.

Hargreaves; Strong tackler, a ball winner.

Carrick; More creative, gets hold of the ball and picks out the passes.

If you need a tackler then Hargreaves, or a more creative player, then Carrick.

I preferred Hargreaves in my first season and then Carrick in my second. Carrick has pretty much seen off Hargreaves and he's been sold. So Carrick wins it for me. Hargreaves is a greart player. He scores alot and passes quite well. But Carrick makes my team tick. He may not score as much but he passes brilliantly.

Unlike Evon, Hargreaves was my best player with Man You. He got fans player of the year, ended with the most assists in the league and 7 goals :cool:.

And Carrick's a geordie as well. Not that I've got anything against them....
