How do i get a player to tutor another player??

lets suppose your in man utd and you want scholes to tutor ronaldo
you go to ronaldos profile and got to the right hand side or left that depends and click on player interaction
there are i think three choices something like "you think ronaldo can learn a lot from scholes and if you want him to learn from another player theres something in the bottom of your screen where you can change the player you want him to learm from
