I am currently in the first season on the 7.0.2 patch with Arsenal. I am trying to get a settled side of players aged 21 or younger together so that they will be around for along time. I currently have the following players in my starting 11 Ustari, Vanden Borre, Richards, Pique, Clichey, Silva, Fabregas, Lennon, Rooney. As back up I have Djourou, Denilson, Song, Bendtner, Walcott and Vela and at the and of the season I am signing Hatem Ben Arfa and Alex Pato. Can anyone recommend any players to strengthen my squad; I am looking mainly for a world class central midfielder to play alongside Cesc Fabregas.

Cant get Pato till 2 days after transfer market closes mate. And a question, how the hell have you got Lennon and Rooney. Considering Lennon would be about 20 and Rooney about 50 if not more and he probably wouldnt come to you?

Looks like he's sold Toure, Eboue, Rosicky and Henry...quite a lot of cash in those sales.

Not enough to pick up Rooney, Silva and Lennon. Actually, Arsenal have pretty much no hope of picking up Rooney or Lennon unless they go somewhere else.

That depends.

Toure is valued at about $15m - sell him over 24 monnths and you could potentially receive 30-40m for him.

Rosicky, off memory, is almost the same as Toure.

Henry is what? $15m - $20m? That's potentially $50-$50m there.

So just for those 3 players you could get anywhere from $75m upwards.

I sold pretty much my entire squad Lehaman, Eboue, Toure, Gallas, Senderos, van Persie, Henry, Adebayor, Rosicky, Hleb, Gilberto Silva. I used players in exchange to get both Rooney and David Silva and i payed over the odds for both Richards £12m plus add ons and £22m + add ons for Lennon. Any way i asked for reccomendations to partner Fabregas not question how i signed players

Ok, so you may have explained how you funded the transfer for Rooney, but how did you convince him to join you?

I wouldn't have thought that Rooney would leave Man Utd, and especially to fierce rivals Asrenal.
