I know that usually in FM players are overrated, but I can not stop thinking that one player is seriously underrated. After watching tonight'game between Werder and Dinamo Zagreb, I'm even more sure that Modric is one of the finest players in the world. He is the main reason why Croatia is doing so fine in qualifications, being one of the best players on the pitch on each game, dribling past the opposition players like they aren't there, dictating the game with his passing and when it's needed playing defensively.
In FM 2007 his CA is about 150 and PA about 160, am I the only one thinking that this is too low for a player that has shown so much by now, and is only 22 years old at the moment and will probably improve even more when he gets to a stronger league.
Definately overrated, i dont agree with you about being the key polayer for croatia as there are many others who are playing awesome aswell (corluka, Srna, Eduardo) but he is an awesome player for dinamo and will be much better in a few years.
Theres been numerous reports of huge clubs in europ wanting to spend ridiculous amounts of money on him so he must be something special.

And Kranjar too, he's their best player IMO
I had him at Athletico and he was nothing special, 4th choice winger, left for Fulham. I signed him back after Fulham got relagated.
I bought him of Liverpool for 1.3m in my game he played every game for two seasons and I sold him for 25.5m at the start of the third season. plus I seen him play in real life and he is underrated
