These are the instructions if you actually had Tevez they seem to work for me:

I think Ashton plays better with "ball to feet" if u are making him the target man - he's not that special in the air.
I usually allow him to "hold up the ball".

Normal creativity since i have given all the creativity to Tevez.

Forward runs = often
Run with ball = mixed
Crosses = mixed
Long Shots = often


Since you don't have Tevez I wouldn't modify his instructions much.

Try putting his creative freedom to Much instead. Though I don't really see Ashton as a creative talent so this might not work. He's a dynamic striker, great at holding up the ball and powering shots in after working into a good position and receiving someone else's service.

Get someone like Falcao to replace Tevez.
