That is a nice list but you are focusing too much on technical attributes. It has been my experience in the game, and feel free to disagree anyone who reads this, that decisions, anticipation and composure are good attributes to have in any position.

In my experience of using attacking midfielders over an 18 season game that decisions+creativity outweighs passing alone. For example 20 passing + 18 creativity + 10 decisions player got less assists than 16 passing + 17 creativity + 18 decisions over a number of seasons playing in same position with squad rotation (their dribbling/crossing/technique were all similar).

It might just be a coincidence though.

isuckatfm, I agree. When I'm searching for players I have 15 as the number for all the attributes. I have Silva from Valencia and he plays much better than my regen who had better stats apart from pace/acceleration. But it was pointless having a winger who could cross but was slow.

i found that for a great fast striker for lower league football all you need is pace, acceleration, finishing and composure also dribbling may help too but pace and acc have to be over 13 at least
